We have now confirmed the cause of the glitch with the Robe SA app on android phones. The older versions of Android from 4.1.2 and down have been identified as no longer supported with the development platform.
Whilst the Robe SA app is still viewable, the information back ground screens are in a dark colour from which it is difficult to discern the print detail on. Changing the lettering colour is a possible fix. Even if this was possible it will create a problem with the legibility in fully serviced Android versions 5xx, 6xx, 7xx.
Taking into account the age of the phones that are using the older Android versions it is better served to not adjust the app design. Thankyou for your time and attention.
