The Summer holiday season has been a highlight for the Great Ocean Road and Robe SA apps. Both of these have doubled their downloads in this period. Kangaroo Island has been disappointing in it’s uptake by the public.
The Great Ocean Road app in the same period is garnering more downloads and use with no specific targeted media promotion. In the same vein the Robe SA app is matching the Great Ocean Road with downloads with the support of the regular street promotions in Robe itself and through tourist office locations.
With negligible number of downloads overall at this stage, the KI app is likely to be withdrawn early in 2017. This will be replaced with another SA based popular visitor region. Have a successful and happy 2017 all.
